John has helped managers to complete due diligence questionnaires (INREV and investor / consultant) as well as assembling supporting documentation.
John has assisted managers in preparing for due diligence visits.
John has produced reviews of manager's operations and controls environment for investor due diligence. This can inlcude a formal "agreed upon procedures" report or other forms of controls report in an ICAEW approved format.
Investors can be expected to conduct extensive due diligence on the fund manager's operating model. Due diligence questionnaires (INREV and individual consultant) are becoming more comprehensive. External verifiaction of the operating model is becoming more widespread.
