Although the 1st January 2013 ended up not having the significance we originally anticipated, the major issues identified remain of huge importance to the real estate investment management industry.

Of the matters covered, the ESG agenda and the change in old age provision have reached the point where they are enormous and acute challenges for the industry to address.
