Saltgate reception

John spoke at a reception hosted by Saltgate Jersey at Private & Public Gallery in St Helier. Saltgate have sponsored an exhibition of work by Scottish artist Ramsay Gibb: Seas at the edge of the world.
John covered the changes in UK real estate fund vehicles since 2020, particular the introduction of the Reserved Investor Fund on 19th March. This was followed by a discussion on the obvious threat but potential opportunities that this might represent for Jersey.

AREF/IPF Event: Exploring the Future of Long-Term Asset Funds (LTAFs)

John chaired the AREF / IPF LTAF seminar at PwC on 11th February, exploring the latest developments for Long-Term Asset Funds (LTAFs). The event was full and very well-received.
