John was asked to present on regulatory developments at this conference for real estate private funds yesterday at very short notice. The slides were therefore pulled together the night before largely from other presentations but are a useful brief summary for those who are interested. Despite the similar name, the conference is IIR & IBC's version of a PERE forum, rather than PERE's PERE forum which is in June!
