John chaired the panel at this seminar. The panel discused real estate trends and opportunities during 2025 and looked forward to 2026, with panellists Sabina Reeves, Chief Economist, CBRE Investment Management and Matthew Richardson, Co-founder and CEO at Income Analytics Ltd.

ULI Capital Markets Forum 2025

John presented the conclusions of a capital markets roundtable discussion at the ULI Europe Conference in June, after which the implications for the UK were debated by a panel featuring Moderator James Jacobs of Lazard, and panellists Tom Llod-Jones of Zenzic Capital, Jenny Buck of London CIV, Roger Orf formerly of Apollo, Jay Kwan of Quadreal..
