Since the 2020 Budget speech when the government announced a wide-ranging review of the UK’s funds regime, we have seen a plethora of changes including the introduction of the Long-Term Asset Fund, unlisted REITs, Qualifying Asset Holding Companies and now the Reserved Investor Fund which came into effect on 19th March.
